Earlier, news emerged that blogger Dorcas Adeyinka was sought by Nigerian authorities regarding a cyber-stalking, abduction, and murder case.
In response, Adeyinka’s lawyer, Pelumi Olajengbesi from the Law Corridor firm in Abuja, dismissed the allegations against her. He described Adeyinka as a law-abiding citizen who has been unfairly targeted.
According to Olajengbesi, the accusations stem from a social media dispute between Adeyinka and several other individuals. He stated that Adeyinka was the first to report the disagreement to the police but faced subsequent harassment and attempts to silence her.
Furthermore, Olajengbesi emphasized that his client has cooperated with the authorities and has reached out through appropriate channels to address the matter.
