Chris Brown has just dropped the music video for his latest track with Davido, titled “Hmmm.”
Directed by Travis Colbert, this black-and-white video is visually stunning, highlighting both Brown’s and Davido’s immense talent and charisma.
The video kicks off with an impressive aerial shot of their motorcade arriving at a warehouse, where they are greeted by excited fans.
As the beat drops, Brown captivates with his intricate dance moves, backed by a group of skilled dancers. Davido brings his own cool vibe, performing his verse with a crew of armed guards behind him.
“Hmmm” is the fourth video Brown has released in just four weeks, following “Feel Something,” “Press Me,” and “Go Girlfriend,” all directed by Jamar Harding.
This rapid release of visuals is part of Brown’s promise to his dedicated fans, Team Breezy, to release a video each week leading up to his highly anticipated 11:11 Tour, starting on June 5 in Detroit. Produced by Yung Alpha, “Hmmm” features amapiano-inspired rhythms, adding a fresh layer to Brown’s diverse musical style. This track is part of his 11:11 (Deluxe) album, which came out in April, featuring 13 new songs and collaborations with artists like Mario, Bryson Tiller, Lil Wayne, Joyner Lucas, Tee Grizzley, and Davido.
The standard edition of 11:11 was originally released on November 10 through RCA Records, featuring the Grammy-nominated single “Summer Too Hot” and the hit “Sensational” with Davido and Lojay. “Sensational” received widespread acclaim, topping rhythmic radio charts in September 2023.
As Brown gears up for his 11:11 Tour, fans can expect an electrifying experience in support of his 11th studio album. Special guests Maeta, Ayra Starr, and Muni Long will join him on tour, with Ayra Starr and Muni Long appearing at select stops, while Maeta will perform at every city on the tour.
