Argentina defeated Mexico 2-0 on Saturday, with Lionel Messi scoring a brilliant goal to help Argentina’s World Cup campaign get back on track.

At Doha’s Lusail Stadium, Messi blasted in a low shot in the 64th minute, and rising star Enzo Fernandez curled in a goal in the 87th to secure three points.
Argentina’s shock opener loss to Saudi Arabia puts them back on track for a spot in the round of 16 with the Group C victory.
