Tiwa Savage doesn’t just show up for the music—she shows up like she means it. And at the Tiwa Savage Music Foundation’s Berklee in Nigeria Grand Finale Concert held at the National Theatre in Lagos, her style moment spoke just as loudly as the event itself.
She arrived in a striking two-piece set from Lisa Folawiyo Studio, styled by Ade Owolabi, and it was one of those looks that holds your attention from the first glance.
The top came in a one-shoulder crochet design, woven in bold stripes of coral, orange, cream, and pink. It had that handcrafted feel that immediately stands out, with an asymmetrical cut that left one arm bare—bringing subtle focus to her tattoo and adding edge to the softness of the colours.
The skirt took things in a completely different direction. The upper part featured a mix of navy, olive, and yellow stripes, but the real moment began below the knee, where it transformed into flowing crystal-beaded fringe that moved with every step. A front slit added ease, while the shimmer and texture kept the look dynamic from every angle.
Her accessories tied everything together without competing for attention. A soft yellow ruched shoulder bag echoed the tones in her outfit, while yellow satin mules with floral detailing continued the colour story. Silver jewellery—layered rings, bracelets, and drop earrings—added just enough shine. Her pixie cut stayed sleek and polished, and her warm makeup with a bold lip balanced the entire look.
The event itself marked the Grand Finale of the Berklee in Nigeria programme, celebrating the Class of 2026 at the National Theatre Lagos. The initiative has become a major platform supporting young Nigerian musicians through world-class training and mentorship.
And Tiwa showing up in a look this intentional felt fitting. It wasn’t just fashion for fashion’s sake—it felt like a reflection of the importance she places on the work being done through her foundation.
