Tuesday’s nearly two-hour outage has been resolved thanks to Meta.

 

According to reports, WhatsApp had previously crashed a few times.

 

According to a report by India Times, WhatsApp went offline in 2017 for more than two hours. There has been no official explanation from WhatsApp about the outage.

 

Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp—all now owned by Meta—all crashed on Monday, October 4, 2021. Tens of millions of users worldwide, including companies, were impacted by this outage for several hours.

 

“We apologize to the vast number of people and businesses who rely on us around the world. After the October 2021 crash, Facebook said, “We’ve been working hard to restore access to our apps and services and are delighted to say they are coming back online now.
