“Signed, sealed, and forever.” That’s how Akin Faminu introduced the first photos from his civil wedding to Kiky Festus, and honestly, the words fit perfectly.

Their love story has unfolded beautifully over the years. Three years after Kiky agreed to be his girlfriend, Akin took things a step further with a romantic proposal in Paris—the kind of moment that instantly had everyone talking online. Then came their introduction ceremony in December 2025, where both families officially came together. Now, the couple has shared their civil wedding, marking the second chapter in what will be a four-part celebration.

And if this first glimpse is anything to go by, the remaining ceremonies are already worth anticipating.

For the civil wedding, both Akin and Kiky stepped out in coordinated ivory and white looks styled by The Style Infidel, and every detail felt carefully considered.

Kiky wore a stunning two-piece bridal outfit by Mazelle Bridal featuring a structured long-sleeved top with delicate textured detailing across the fabric. The fitted silhouette flowed into a softly draped midi skirt that moved effortlessly with every step. Rather than opting for bright white, the warm ivory tone gave the look a softer, richer finish.

She completed the outfit with a matching pillbox-style bridal hat, a delicate birdcage veil, silver embellished heels, and a loose bouquet of white and blush flowers that added a playful touch to the elegant styling.

Akin complemented her perfectly in a white dinner jacket by Deji and Kola, paired with black tailored trousers, a crisp white shirt, a long white tie, and polished silver shoes that tied seamlessly into Kiky’s accessories.

Together, they looked timeless—like a scene pulled straight from a classic romance film.

The wedding photos, taken inside a grand hall with soaring white columns and black-and-white marble flooring, captured the couple laughing, dancing, and fully soaking in the moment. The atmosphere felt light, intimate, and joyful all at once.

And the best part? This is only the beginning. More wedding moments are still on the way, and if this first celebration is any indication, they’re going to be unforgettable.
