The affairs of Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss have been finalized.
According to documents obtained by ET, the late dancer’s wife, Allison Holker Boss, was awarded half of his artistic earnings following his death in December.
According to the documents, Holker’s request for the Spousal Property Petition was granted by a judge from the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County earlier this year. The documents also confirm Holker’s status as Boss’ surviving spouse and that she has been granted “property passing” rights. It was also stated that “no administration of it is necessary.”
The documents also show that the former producer of The Ellen DeGeneres Show died without a will.
Holker owns half of Stephen’s interest in 100% of Stephen Boss Productions, Inc. shares.
The boss had a Goldman Sachs investment account, as well as royalties from GEP Talent Services, Disney Worldwide Services, Inc., SAG/AFTRA, and Cast and Crew Production Services, all of which the dancer is entitled to a half share of.
Although California law states that surviving spouses are entitled to half of their spouse’s joint estate, the surviving spouse must still file the petition to prove they are the deceased’s spouse.
tWitch committed suicide on December 13, 2022, at the age of 40. Holker confirmed his death to ET in a statement at the time of his death.
In a message to her fans in February, the former So You Think You Can Dance contestant spoke out for the first time.

My family and I have always said that we wanted to ensure that our purpose was fulfilled by bringing joy to others.”

Holker has taken to Instagram in recent months to share moments with her children, Weslie, 14, Maddox, 7, and Zaia, 3. The dancer shared a series of photos from their younger children’s first Easter without their father earlier this month.
