The Bolt driver allegedly slapped by Aba North and South Representative Alex Ikwechegh has shared his account of the now-viral incident. In a new video, the driver claims that Ikwechegh slapped him three times and even tore his clothes, all because he had asked the politician to come outside to collect his package.

Describing the encounter, the driver said, “I was slapped three times, and my clothes were torn to shreds by this man, who claims to be a House of Representatives member. I didn’t confront or disrespect him—I simply asked for him to collect his package.”

In an earlier video, Ikwechegh is seen asserting that the driver’s request was offensive due to his social standing. The lawmaker allegedly threatened the driver, saying he could “make him disappear” without any repercussions.

When the driver later asked for his delivery fee, Ikwechegh reportedly slapped him again, questioning if he knew “who he was talking to.”

At one point, noticing the driver was filming, Ikwechegh taunted him, telling him to “record properly” and even challenge him by calling the Inspector General of Police. He is quoted saying, “I could make you vanish in this country, and nothing would happen. Do you know who I am? I am a Senator of the Federal Republic, and I could lock you up without any consequence.”
