Just in, the Presidential Election Petition Court sitting in Abuja in an ongoing court case as of the time of reporting, has struck out the first and second petition of the Allied People’s Movement bordering on multiple nominations and validity of the vice presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Kashim Shetima

The five member panel led by Justice Haruna Tsammani ruled that the petition bordering on alleged multiple nomination of vice president Kashim Shetima is an abuse of court order
It will be recalled that the allied People’s Movement (APM) in a case closed a month ago challenged the validity surrounding the All Progressive Congress candidate’s emergence as the winner of the February 25th presidential election.
