In recent years, an increasing number of people have submitted their DNA to ancestry tracing websites in order to help them piece together their family tree. Drake revealed his father’s results on his Instagram Story last night (May 7), revealing roots in Nigeria, Cameroon, Congo, and more.
“These are my father’s results.” “Does this mean I’m finally a Naija man?” the “Hotline Bling” singer asked his fans. Dennis Graham received 30% for Nigeria, 28% for Cameroon, Congo, and Western Bantu Peoples, 11% for Ivory Coast and Ghana, 8% for England and Northwestern Europe, and other small percentages for Scotland, Mali, Benin and Togo, and Germanic Europe.

Fans were quick to respond to Drizzy’s most recent Instagram post, as expected. “Well, Drake does have a talent for embracing different cultures, so this doesn’t surprise me,” wrote one user.
“We need a Burna Boy and Drake collaboration this summer,” said another.
In other news, in June, the Toronto superstar will embark on his “It’s All A Blur Tour” with 21 Savage. The extensive tour will take in cities such as Chicago, Detroit, Boston, and Miami, as well as multiple shows in major markets such as New York and Texas.
The two rappers collaborated on their joint project titled Her Loss at the beginning of November 2022. The album featured a single guest appearance from Travis Scott and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 404,000 album-equivalent units sold in its first week. It grew in popularity and eventually surpassed 1 billion streams on Spotify.
Aside from his own material, the Platinum rapper has also contributed verses to recent collaborations such as “We Caa Done” by Popcaan, “Churchill Downs” by Jack Harlow, “WASTING TIME” by Brent Faiyaz, and others.
