CMG’s GloRilla surprised Chrisean Rock during her set at Roots Picnic in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, last night (June 3).
The three-day event featured a star-studded lineup of performers. Multi-talented artists such as Lil Uzi Vert, Ms. Lauryn Hill, City Girls, Gillie & Wallo of Game, and many more. During the first few days, there were many significant moments, but none more so than when the “Lick or Sum” rapper brought out Chrisean Rock.

Fans on and off social media applauded as they saw the popular Zeus reality show actress twerk to GloRilla’s performance. Many Twitter users were ecstatic to see her out and about without Blueface, her unborn child’s father. In various videos with his first child’s mother, Jaidyn, the rapper/reality television star has been aiming at Chrisean.

After the success of her Cardi B-assisted singles “Tomorrow 2” and “F.N.F.,” the newly signed recording artist is preparing to release her sophomore album. While showing support for Latto and Cardi B’s new song “Put It On Da Floor Again” on Twitter, Cardi B returned the favor by mentioning her new Three 6 Mafia-sampled single.

Cardi B responded to GloRilla’s congratulatory tweet with, “Cousin, I have been listening to ‘Lick or Sum’ all f**king dayyyyy.” Furthermore, women have made significant contributions to music this year. Ice Spice, Cardi B, Sexyy Red, Nicki Minaj, Latto, Kali, and GloRilla all made it to the Billboard Hot 100 list in 2023.
