Caroline Hutchings Opens Up About Life Post-Divorce
Nollywood actress Caroline Hutchings recently shared her experiences following her divorce from ex-husband Musa Danjuma. In an Instagram post on Wednesday, Hutchings revealed how the separation made her lose her sense of identity and forced her to rebuild her life from scratch.
Reflecting on her failed marriage, Caroline stated that she left to preserve her mental health. She described facing discrimination and rejection while starting over.
“I was once a promising makeup artist, hair guru, actress, film producer, and fashion consultant. CEO of Luxury Addict and Kinetic Media. But I lost my identity and dreams because of divorce,” she wrote. “I walked away from it all for my sanity and began my journey anew at 29+, dealing with fake rumors, discrimination, rejections, and uncertainties.”
Caroline and Musa Danjuma married in 2007 and announced their divorce in 2016 after nine years together.
