J Cole’s recent public apology to Kendrick Lamar has sent shockwaves through the rap community.

The rap feud between Kendrick Lamar and Drake reignited when Kendrick dissed Drake on Metro Booming and Future’s track ‘Like’. J Cole found himself entangled in the crossfire after referring to himself, Drake, and Kendrick Lamar as the “big 3” on Drake’s hit single ‘First Person Shooter’.

Kendrick’s response on ‘Like’, where he excluded himself from the trio and dissed Drake’s latest album, intensified the tension.
