Usher and Keke Palmer’s Exciting Collaboration: New Music Video in the Works.

Usher and Keke Palmer are once again capturing the spotlight as they team up for an upcoming music video. This joint venture involves Usher’s eagerly anticipated single titled “Boyfriend,” set to make its debut on Wednesday, August 16th.

The duo’s collaboration follows a recent memorable encounter during Usher’s Las Vegas residency, which resonated with fans. An onstage moment during a performance of “There Goes My Baby” showcased Palmer embracing and dancing with the R&B icon. Palmer donned a black bodysuit beneath a sheer dress, an ensemble that stirred some controversy, notably drawing a response from her son’s father, Darius Jackson.

The teaser clip for the music video features Usher’s captivating vocals, delivering the alluring line, “Somebody said that your boyfriend’s looking for me,” while Palmer takes center stage in a poised and commanding role.

Stay tuned for more excitement as this anticipated collaboration takes the stage!

In the past month, an account that has since been removed, purportedly belonging to Jackson, expressed criticism regarding Palmer’s outfit. The tweet, which gained widespread attention, stated, “It’s the attire, however… You’re a mother.”

Subsequently, the same user shared another post that stated, “We reside in a generation where a family man doesn’t wish the mother and wife of his children to showcase provocative clothing for others’ approval, and he is labeled a hater. This is my family and my representation. My principles and values dictate my beliefs. I consider the matter closed.”

While this incident ignited considerable debate, Palmer took an innovative approach by turning it into a business opportunity through the release of “I’m a Motha” T-shirts. Responding to the situation, she posted a video on Instagram where she sang Stevie Wonder’s “Isn’t She Lovely” to her child.

Meanwhile, Usher discussed the occurrence during an interview with People on August 4th, focusing on the enjoyable moments they experienced in Las Vegas. He shared, “I believe various interpretations of what took place lead us back to the simple joy we had in Las Vegas. That’s what I hope people remember. Whether it became a discussion about us having a good time in front of the audience or a conversation about the song itself.”
