The victory marked a historic moment for Inaki and his younger brother Nico as they lifted the Copa del Rey with Athletic Bilbao, a remarkable achievement for the club after four decades.
Inaki took to Instagram to share his joy, captioning the moment as “Dream Unlocked.” The post garnered an outpouring of congratulations from fellow Ghanaian footballers, including Kudus, Andre Ayew, Antoine Semenyo, Mubarak Wakaso, Gideon Mensah, and Joseph Aidoo.
Prior to the final, the Williams brothers reaffirmed their Ghanaian heritage by indulging in a traditional meal of fufu. In a video shared on Inaki’s Instagram, the siblings were seen enjoying the hearty dish with groundnut soup, accompanied by jovial banter.

Despite their shared heritage, Inaki chose to represent the Black Stars while Nico opted for Spain. Both players featured prominently in the Qatar 2022 World Cup, with Ghana facing an early exit in the group stage, while Spain progressed to the round of 16.
