Neymar Completes Transfer to Al Hilal: A New Chapter Begins.
Brazilian football prodigy, Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior, has officially concluded his move from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) to Al Hilal in the dynamic Saudi Pro League.
At 31 years old, Neymar has inked a two-year contract with Al-Hilal, securing a remarkable weekly wage of £2.5 million, catapulting him into the league of the highest-paid football icons globally.
Numerous media reports have stirred up excitement within the football sphere, unveiling the pivotal role of extravagant requests in sealing the deal. Central to Neymar’s terms were his lavish transportation needs, calling for a fleet of eight vehicles to accommodate him and his companions.
Reports indicate that Neymar negotiated with Al-Hilal’s management for three luxury cars for his personal use, in addition to four Mercedes G Wagons and a Mercedes van. A dedicated driver on call 24/7 would cater not only to his preferences but also those of his friends and family.
The array of vehicles he requested includes a Bentley Continental GP, an Aston Martin DBX, and a Lamborghini Huracan, tallying an estimated cost of £510,000. Yet, these automobiles weren’t the sole items on Neymar’s list. His residential demands matched his opulent lifestyle.
Reportedly, his new abode is to feature a minimum of 25 rooms to comfortably host his circle. Beyond accommodation, an uninterrupted supply of his favorite aça juice and guarana cocktails for guests is a priority. The house would house three saunas, requiring five full-time staff members, including housekeepers and a sous chef to assist his personal Brazilian chef. The residence would boast a substantial pool measuring at least 10 meters wide and 40 meters long.
Continuing the grandeur, Al-Hilal’s owners will also cover the costs of Neymar’s stays in hotels, restaurants, and leisure destinations. Additionally, the player and his family will have access to a private plane for their travel needs.
The contractual arrangement guarantees Neymar an annual salary of £137.8 million, equivalent to £11.4 million per month, firmly positioning him among the top-paid athletes in the Saudi Pro League, surpassing notables like Cristiano Ronaldo of Al-Nassr and Benzema of Al-Ittihad.
Neymar will take the field alongside prominent teammates, including Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Kalidou Koulibaly, Ruben Neves, and former Barcelona star Malcom.
This marks another significant chapter in Neymar’s journey, a superstar who first made global waves in 2017 as the world’s most expensive player when PSG acquired him for an astounding £198 million from Barcelona.
