Today, Nicki Minaj released her latest track, “Big Foot,” as a response to Megan Thee Stallion’s recent single, “Hiss,” which debuted last Friday.

In “Hiss,” Megan seemingly targeted Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, who is a registered sex offender. Megan’s line, “These hs don’t be mad at Megan, these hs mad at Megan’s Law,” referenced a U.S. federal mandate regarding the disclosure of information about sexual offenders.

Minaj’s “Big Foot” directly referenced the 2020 incident involving Tory Lanez shooting at Megan. She rapped, “Bad bch, she like six foot, I call her Big Foot/ The bch fell off, I said, ‘Get up on your good foot.'” Minaj also addressed past events involving Megan, including an incident with Kylie Jenner, and mentioned several of Megan’s alleged previous partners, including French Montana, Moneybagg Yo, Lanez, DaBaby, G-Eazy, and Trey Songz.

“Big Foot” concluded with a powerful message from Minaj hinting at more diss tracks in the works. She warned, “Whenever I meet a woman that would fk her friend’s man and let your friend talk about your ex-friend’s baby on the internet, I know that they have a very evil spirit. I don’t think you want the next installment of this song. I know it’s the most attention you’ve ever gotten. One-flow h, but, uh, trust. If you don’t apologize to your mama in 24 hours, s**t gon’ get uglier than KenBarbie, okay? Don’t play.”

Minaj gave a sneak peek of “Big Foot” shortly after the release of “Hiss.” Alongside the musical response, she took to Twitter to share her thoughts. “It’s been [ready]for two days. [I] just was tryna be cool and let her get her lil’ streams,” she wrote in a teaser post. “Wasn’t gon’ say anything, but I remember how everyone kept my name in their mouth and how I said the next person [who]mention my family gon’ regret it.”
