A tragic loss has struck the football community as Nigerian footballer Paul Julius, who was playing in Cyprus, has passed away in a car accident, according to his club, Enosis Neon Paralimniou.

The 20-year-old forward lost his life after his car collided with another vehicle on the Paralimni-Protaras road in Cyprus.

In a heartfelt statement, Enosis Neon Paralimniou expressed their deep sorrow over the untimely death of Julius, paying tribute to his determination and resilience. The club acknowledged the challenges he faced in pursuing his dreams, emphasizing the impact of his loss on both the team and those who knew him.
