Nollywood Stars Rally Around Ini Edo as She Bids Farewell to Her Father

Top Nollywood actors came out in full support of Ini Edo as she laid her father to rest in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

The actress had earlier shared the heartbreaking news of her father’s passing on February 24, 2025, describing him as her biggest cheerleader and someone she would always hold close to her heart. While the loss was difficult to announce, she found comfort in believing that heaven had gained an angel.

On March 21, 2025, Ini Edo and her family honored their late father with a befitting burial. The ceremony was attended by fellow industry stars, including Uche Jombo, Rita Dominic, Desmond Elliot, Mary Remmy Njoku, Nancy Isime, IK Ogbonna, Lilian Afegbai, Ruth Kadiri, and many more, who came to offer their condolences and stand by their colleague during this difficult time.

It was a day filled with love, support, and heartfelt tributes as Nollywood’s finest gathered to celebrate the life of a man who meant so much to his daughter.
