Scott Disick has reportedly inked a big deal to appear on season three of Hulu’s “The Kardashians,” and he’s used some of that money to try his hand at real estate development once more. And his most recent project is in Hidden Hills, a guard-gated San Fernando Valley neighborhood where he has lived for many years.

According to public records, the reality TV personality paid $5 million in an off-market transaction for a traditional-style home. The mansion is surrounded by lavish estates owned by famous athletes, musicians, and multiple members of the Kardashian clan — almost every member of that family, in fact, with the exception of Kendall Jenner and Disick’s former flame Kourtney Kardashian, who has since married Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker.

Disick is no stranger to the Hidden Hills, having previously renovated homes on the short-lived E! reality show “Flip it Like Disick.” In 2018, he paid just over $3.2 million for a 1970s teardown and converted it into a modern farmhouse before selling it for $5.6 million in 2020.

But his first venture into Hidden Hills was in late 2015, when he paid around $6 million for another 1970s-era house, spruced it up, and relisted it six months later for $8.8 million. With no takers, he reduced the price and put it on the rental market before making it his primary residence.

The five-bedroom, six-bath home Disick recently purchased was built in 1964 and, according to the listing, “is perfect to move in now or expand later.” The single-level structure is nestled among a flat parcel of land spanning slightly more than an acre, and it is fronted by a circular driveway that passes through a porte-cochère, as well as a large attached garage.

A little more than 3,000 square feet of single-level living space is highlighted by a spacious great room with a living area highlighted by a floor-to-ceiling stacked-stone fireplace, wet bar, and two sets of French doors spilling out to a covered terrace, as well as a “custom chef’s kitchen” outfitted with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a breakfast nook.

There is also a large primary bedroom with an office, dual closets, and a bath with dual vanities, a spa tub, and a steam shower. A junior-sized primary bedroom on the opposite side of the house has a bath with a combined tub/shower; the grassy grounds include a covered patio, irregular-shaped pool, separate spa, and tennis court.

Based on his track record, it’s clear that Disick intends to completely renovate the property, or even demolish it and build a brand-new mansion in its place.

The 39-year-old New York native appeared in the first and second seasons of “The Kardashians,” with season three currently in production. Prior to that, he was a regular on E!’s “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” for 20 seasons. Disick, who is reportedly worth $45 million, launched her chic-casual clothing line Talentless in 2018.
