Tyler, the Creator is returning to Bel-Air.

Only a month after selling his first Bel-Air mansion, the Grammy-winning rapper has purchased a new mansion just a few miles away. He paid $13 million for the contemporary estate, which was originally listed for $15 million, according to Dirt.com.

The three-story house was built in the early 1970s and was completely rebuilt from the ground up last year. The 5,000-square-foot home sits on nearly an acre of land and has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as custom Brazilian wood floors finished in white oak, high ceilings, and steel-case windows with stunning city and ocean views.

A state-of-the-art movie theater, step-up cigar lounge, kitchen with high-end appliances, and a four-car garage with additional parking for several vehicles are also included. The master bedroom features a floating wood staircase and dual walk-in closets.

Tyler will also have plenty of outdoor entertaining space. The backyard features a saltwater pool surrounded by a wood deck, as well as a dry sauna, fire pit, bar, and grilling area.

The 32-year-old rapper previously owned a 6,000-square-foot home in Bel-Air, which he sold earlier this year for $7.9 million.

Tyler released Call Me If You Get Lost: The Estate Sale, a deluxe edition of his Grammy-winning album that includes eight new tracks, last month.
