Moses Bliss Addresses Departure of Former Spotlite Nation Artist, Ebuka Songs
Nigerian gospel singer and founder of Spotlite Nation, Moses Bliss, has opened up about the unexpected departure of former signee Ebuka Emmanuel Hillary, widely known as Ebuka Songs.
Speaking during a press conference at The Experience 2024 music concert, the Daddy Wey Dey Pamper hitmaker clarified that Ebuka chose to leave the record label 11 months into a three-year contract.
Addressing the situation, Bliss said, “There’s no issue between me and Ebuka Songs. Yes, he was signed to Spotlite Nation, but he decided to pursue his music independently.
“Our contract was supposed to last three years, but after 11 months, he expressed his desire to move on. I prayed about it and gave him my blessing.
“We hold no grudges. Our mission remains to spread the gospel and give artists a platform to share their ministry. I’m happy to have been part of his journey and wish him nothing but success.”
Bliss emphasized the focus on their shared purpose, stating that the ultimate goal is to glorify Jesus and support others in their spiritual journey.
