Veteran Nollywood actress Rita Edochie has expressed strong disapproval of the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgeries that have become a trend among women. In a recent Instagram post, she cautioned against undergoing butt enlargement procedures.
Edochie shared her concerns about the risks and potential regrets associated with BBL surgeries, stating that those who have undergone the procedure may face significant consequences. She warned that the discomfort and pain might lead to future regret, emphasizing that the pursuit of such cosmetic enhancements could ultimately be more trouble than it’s worth.
She wrote: “Rita Edochie speaks out against the BBL trend as the nationwide conversation continues. I urge you not to join the BBL craze if you are considering it. Those who have undergone this procedure may face regret and suffering for the pain they’ve inflicted on themselves.
“God will not support the alteration of His creation. Until people stop modifying their bodies, they may find that success and wealth elude them, making it difficult to maintain these changes.
“To those who are undergoing these procedures for the sake of approval from others, remember that it only takes a moment for things to go wrong. Keep calling things what they are not, and you may face divine consequences. Wishing everyone a reflective and uplifting Wednesday.”
