According to outage tracking website Downdetector.com, Apple Inc’s (AAPL.O) TV platform was restored late Saturday after a brief outage for thousands of users in the United States.
According to Downdetector.com, the platform was down for 6,000 users at the peak of the outage.
Users also reported problems with other Apple services such as Apple Support and iCloud late Saturday.
Apple did not respond immediately to Reuters’ request for comment on the cause of the outage or whether other services were impacted, as Downdetector indicated.
Apple users briefly reported issues with streaming Apple Music last week.
