While celebrating her 33rd birthday, Nollywood actress Zainab Balogun-Nwachukwu revealed that she had purchased a new house.
Balogun announced the news on her Instagram page on Monday, detailing her months-long journey to becoming a property owner and landlord.
The Chief Daddy actress revealed that her colleague and friend, Bolanle Olukanni, who also purchased a property last year, inspired her to take action.
Despite not being ready at the time, Zainab said she believed in God, and a year later, she had her own property as well as a tenant.
“#BirthdayGirl I have a lot to celebrate as I turn 33 today. With life and testimonies, I start my Jesus year. She stated in the caption, “If He’s not healing me, He’s startling me with the inconceivable.
“One year ago, my favorite @bolanle purchased a home. As I watched Him do it, I wanted to buy it too, but by my standards, I wasn’t prepared. I tuned in after hearing her testimony, which was a prophecy in the making. God confirms testimony. His second attempt is more ambitious.
The alignment was really absurd! I was granted every significant request I made. A step is not a leap of faith. It is a huge, absurd, and impossibly high jump into God’s hand.
The actress gave a tour of her new home in the video and stated that she was willing to share her experience with anyone who was considering making the same decision.
“I have a lot to say about my experience with real estate investing. It wasn’t simple, but I’d like to help someone else keep from making the same errors I did,” she said.
