Most claim to have been at the polling station since 07:00 GMT (08:00 local time).
At the time of writing, it is 11.40 GMT (12.40 local time).
Whitney Eziechina, who has been at the polling place since the morning, claims her brother and father had already voted at other polling places.
“No Inec official has shown up since the morning.
I must vote and it must count.”
Uchechi Igwe agrees with her.
He came all the way from Germany to vote in this election.
“I payed for my airfare only to get here and vote for a president.
I’m here, but no one else is.
How?
We’ve been here since the morning!
I’m in such pain!
This is all a ruse to rig the election.”
