Nick Cannon has been named the new host of FOX’s popular game show “Beat Shazam,” taking over for Jamie Foxx, who is currently hospitalized with an unknown illness.
On Wednesday, TMZ broke the news, revealing that Kelly Osbourne will also be joining the show as the new DJ. Corrine Foxx, who previously worked as the show’s DJ, will not be returning.
The speculation that Cannon and Osbourne would take over the roles began when Osbourne posted a photo and video on her Instagram Stories.
“Beat Shazam” debuted in 2017 with a live studio audience. Despite the absence of Foxx, the show will go on with new hosts and a new DJ.
