This isn’t the first time Prince George has been seen in the stands.
George, nine, wore a striped collared shirt, a black jumper, and blue trousers instead of the claret and blue he wore the last time he watched the Birmingham side.
However, in one photo of the father and son before the game, the young Prince was seen wearing a Villa scarf.
In 2015, Prince William explained why, despite not being from the Midlands, he supports Aston Villa.
“I got really into football at school a long time ago,” he told Gary Lineker in an interview.
“I was looking for clubs.” All of my friends at school were either Manchester United or Chelsea supporters, and I didn’t want to support the same old teams. I wanted a mid-table team that could provide me with more emotional rollercoaster rides.”
At halftime, the score was 0 – 0.
