Burna Boy, a Nigerian Grammy Award winner, will perform at the opening ceremony of this year’s UEFA Champions League final in Istanbul, Turkey.
According to UEFA, the Nigerian star will bring energy and signature soulful vibes of afrobeat before the biggest club fixture in football gets underway.

Burna Boy is quoted as saying, “The world isn’t ready for what we have in store,” ahead of his performance at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium.
Burna Boy and fellow Nigerian singers Tems and Rema performed at the 2023 NBA All-Star halftime show in February.
