Joana Sanz is struggling to cope with the attention she is receiving.
Joana Sanz, the wife of former Barcelona defender Dani Alves, has announced that she will discontinue the use of social media for the sake of her mental health.
Sanz’s year began with the death of her mother, which she is presumably still trying to come to terms with before Alves was arrested at the end of 2022 for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman in a nightclub in Barcelona.
She has gotten a lot of attention since he was arrested and taken to Brians’s 2 Prison outside of Barcelona.
She wishes to distance herself from the attention she has received since announcing her divorce from Alves.

Joana Sanz leaves social media
Given the media harassment I’ve received, I’ve decided to discontinue using social media,” the Spanish model said in an Instagram statement.
“I’m not sure if that will be enough to get the media to stop waiting for me at airports, outside my house or hotel, outside restaurants, in the middle of my work, or as I approach my loved ones.”
“I hope this all stops because it’s affecting my mental health and social life.”
“I’m not someone who thrives on public exposure because it gives me anxiety and isn’t for me.”
“I’m grateful that I can do my work away from the media spotlight.”
“I am grateful to everyone who has sent me encouraging messages and even hugged me on the street without knowing who I am.”
“I’m not sure I’ll be back; it’s time to disconnect.”
