Dr. Michael Kpessa- Whyte, an associate professor at the University of Ghana, claims that the New Patriotic Party is the most aggressive party in Ghana in both words and deeds
Members of the NPP had received assurance from Bryan Acheampong that the economy will improve. He claimed that the government was trying to reach an agreement with the IMF.
According to him, the transaction will be finalized by June of this year, which will cause the economy to rebound. After a health walk on April 8, 2023, Acheampong told NPP members in Kwahu that the NDC party will fail. We will let the NDC know that we have the men if they dare to employ violence, threats, and folly in the 2024 election. We will demonstrate to them that we have the men.
” It will never happen that we, the NPP stand on a platform to hand power to the NDC,” he declared. It will never take place! At all costs, we will make sure NPP stays in power.
However, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo also incited NPP supporters to participate in violence when he was seeking political power, according to Kpessa- Whyte, who was speaking on TV3.
