Nicki Minaj’s chart-topping streak continues with back-to-back #1 hits on the Hot Rap Songs charts.
Lady Danger’s release comes just weeks after Minaj had back-to-back #1 singles on the Hot Rap Songs chart. Her latest hit, Red Ruby Da Sleeze, was her second #1 hit in a row, following Super Freaky Girl, which topped the Hot Rap Songs charts for 11 weeks in 2022.
Minaj’s ascension to the top of the chart was fueled primarily by 41,000 pure sales in the first week, the most of any hip-hop song this year. Among all music genres, it ranks second only to Miley Cyrus’s song Flowers, which sold 70,000 copies.
