Beyoncé’s track “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM” has soared to the top of Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, marking her ninth solo No. 1 hit and her 13th overall, including her successes with Destiny’s Child.
This achievement, confirmed by Billboard today (Feb. 26), signifies Beyoncé’s return to the No. 1 spot since her 2022 hit “BREAK MY SOUL.” “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM” replaces Jack Harlow’s “Lovin On Me,” which held the top position for much of January and February.
According to Luminate, the country-infused song garnered 29 million streams, 29,000 sales, and 16 million radio impressions. Notably, Beyoncé also made history as the first Black woman to lead Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart in modern music, maintaining her top spot with “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM” this week. The track also climbed to 34th place on the Country Airplay index.
Fans can anticipate the single’s inclusion on RENAISSANCE ACT II, along with “16 CARRIAGES,” as the album is scheduled for release on streaming platforms on March 29.

On this week’s Hot 100 rankings, Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign’s “CARNIVAL” featuring Rich The Kid and Playboi Carti secured the No. 4 spot. Earlier, the track had its sights set on the top spot but faced resistance from Taylor Swift fans due to a mention of the singer in one of the lyrics. A fan account encouraged others to stream “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM” to prevent the song from reaching No. 1. Interestingly, both releases were surpassed by Harlow’s “Lovin On Me.”
In other Beyoncé updates, the singer launched her haircare brand, Cécred, last Tuesday (Feb. 20). The brand debuted with a clarifying shampoo, scalp scrub, treatment mask, and various other products. Beyoncé also hosted an event in Los Angeles to commemorate the launch.
