Veteran Nollywood actress, Shan George, has successfully recovered the ₦3.6 million stolen from her bank account by a fraudster.
Last Friday, Shan George took to her Instagram page to share a video revealing that her Zenith Bank account had been depleted by N3.6 million by an individual named Cecilia Chiagoziem Okoro. She expressed her financial distress and appealed to Nigerians for assistance in reclaiming her money.
In her plea, Shan George called upon the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the Nigeria Police Force (NPF), and Zenith Bank to aid in the recovery of her stolen funds.
In a recent update, Shan George announced via her Instagram page on Wednesday that she had successfully retrieved her stolen funds. She extended her heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported her during this challenging time and contributed to the recovery of her money. She also assured her followers that she would share the full story at a later time.
