Nigerian comedian and filmmaker, Ayo Makun, popularly known as AY, has responded humorously to the rumors surrounding former Big Brother housemate, Alex Unusual, allegedly expecting a child with him.
Following the confirmation of AY’s marriage breakdown with his wife, Mabel Makun, speculations arose, linking Alex to the marital issues. There were also unverified claims suggesting that Alex was pregnant with AY’s child, which neither party addressed publicly.
Amidst the social media frenzy, Alex deactivated her accounts temporarily and resurfaced with a compelling video addressing the widespread rumors on Wednesday night. Though she didn’t directly address the speculations, Alex showcased hurtful remarks made about her regarding AY’s marriage issues.
Additionally, she educated her followers about Nigeria’s cybersecurity laws and the legal repercussions of spreading false information or engaging in cyberbullying.
In response to Alex’s video, AY jokingly cautioned her not to harm “his baby,” referring to the rumored pregnancy. With a touch of humor, he expressed his readiness to entertain idle social media users with his personal life.
In his words, “Above all. Please don’t do anything to my baby that you are carrying. We must entertain all the jobless people on social media.”
