Cristiano Ronaldo, the Al Nassr forward and global football icon, recently shared his optimistic outlook on life as he approaches his 40th birthday on February 5, 2025. According to Ronaldo, he’s confident he has many more years ahead, saying he plans to live to 100.
The lighthearted conversation arose during a YouTube video with popular content creator MrBeast. In the clip, MrBeast teased Ronaldo about nearing 40, asking, “You’re about to die, what’s it like?” Ronaldo laughed and responded, “I’m going to live until I’m 100, just to let you know.” He added that while many players hang up their boots by their mid-30s, football careers can go on much longer with the right mindset and dedication.
On a more serious note, Ronaldo’s family recently faced a scare when his uncle, Jorge Viveiros, was involved in a motorcycle accident in Saint Helier, Jersey. Thankfully, firefighters were quick to respond, and Jorge was treated at the hospital before being discharged after observation.
As for Ronaldo’s on-field achievements, he continues to dominate in the 2024-2025 season. With ten goals and three assists in just 15 games across all competitions, including six goals in the Saudi Pro League, he’s showing no signs of slowing down. Ronaldo’s confidence and performance prove that age is just a number for the legendary forward.
