Influencer Priscilla Ojo-Mkambala has showered praise on her mother, Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, for standing firmly by her side during her pregnancy journey.
In a heartfelt video shared on Snapchat, Priscilla captured the touching moment her mother was busy cooking for her, noting that Iyabo had temporarily put her work and life in Lagos on hold to care for her in Canada as she awaits the arrival of her first child.
The expectant mother revealed that she barely worries about meals these days because her mom is always in the kitchen making sure she’s well-fed and comfortable.
Describing her as her ultimate support system, Priscilla declared that Iyabo already deserves the “best grandma award.”
“She left everything behind in Lagos just to care for her baby who’s about to have a baby,” she wrote. “I don’t even think about food anymore—she’s always cooking something for me. Truly, the best grandma ever!”
Meanwhile, in a separate development, dancer Kafayat Shafau, popularly known as Kaffy, opened up about her struggles with dating after divorce while raising two children. Speaking on The Honest Bunch podcast, she explained that many men shy away from relationships with single mothers, making the journey even more challenging.
