Nigerian singer Oludipe Oluwasanmi David, better known as Spyro, is officially off the market — he’s engaged to Janet Atom.
The Who’s Your Guy hitmaker shared the happy news on Instagram Friday morning, recounting how their love story began. According to him, they first crossed paths in March 2024 at a Lagos club where he was working, and from that moment, his life changed.
Spyro revealed that since that night, every day has been filled with joy, and Janet has now said yes to his proposal. Fans and friends have flooded his page with congratulatory messages, celebrating the couple’s next step together.
In his heartfelt post, Spyro wrote:
“On March 30, 2024, my world paused as I found love in the most unexpected place. At 2:48 AM, I met the answer to my prayers in a Lagos club while at work. From then until now, I’ve lived every single day as a very happy man. Thank you for saying yes, my sweet Janet. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you.”
