After 12 weeks of amazing music sessions, Starsamm emerged as the best performer of round 3 of the youth empowerment campaign organized by Vybr Media Limited, Vybr sessions on Sunday, 1st January 2023.
He received the most votes, beating out 10 other aspiring artists and walking away with 2 Million Naira in prizes, including cash, music distribution, and artist recognition, leaving MG Black as the first runner-up, who received the honorary Vybr award and prizes worth 1 Million Naira.
“We are more than delighted to see the vision of the Vybz session become a reality,” said the team at Vybr Media, who have been working tirelessly for the success of the Vybz sessions. Starsamm was incredible during the session, with unrivaled passion and uniqueness in his sound and music. Certainly, all of the talents during the Vybz session gave their all to each of their sessions, but Starsamm clearly stood out as judged by the audience through their votes. It gives us great pleasure to congratulate Starsamm on becoming the best performer and Black on becoming our honorary Vybr for round 3.”
The third round of Vybr sessions began in collaboration with CD Baby Africa, an online distributor of independent music and the official distributor of all Vyb sessions content, and the winner will receive a free music/track release from CD Baby Africa as well as $2 million in prizes, while the second runner up will receive $1 million in prizes. Starsamm was voted the winner of the Vybr session by the artists’ supporters and fans.
