Burna Boy, a Grammy Award-winning Nigerian artiste, has warned the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) not to try any result magic’ after the Presidential and National Electoral elections on Saturday.
Burna Boy spoke on Sunday, February 26th, through his verified Instagram account. According to the artist, the will of the people will triumph in the 2023 national elections.
According to his Facebook post,
“Let Nigeria decide o! @inecnigeria. No try any result magic,”
Nigerians went to the polls on Saturday, February 25, 2023, to elect a new president and members of the National Assembly.
Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, and Peter Obi of the Labour Party are the three front-runners.
In multiple states, there have been allegations of violence, voter harassment and intimidation, and election rigging.
