Sincerely for You, Jacquees’ first album in three years, will be released on Friday.
The self-proclaimed King of R&B collaborates with Summer Walker and 6LACK on his newest single, “Tell Me It’s Over,” which is an anthem to soundtrack your next breakup before it is officially released.
Jacquees sings, “Tell me it’s over without saying it’s done.” Because I am at my limit.
He discussed the team-up in an interview with Rap-Up. “I sent the music to her. Oh, this hard, she thought. Some of your older songs sound similar to this. He referred to Summer, with whom he had previously collaborated on “Superstar,” as “this one of the ones.”
Sincerely for You, which Future executive produced, also features joint efforts with 21 Savage, Dreezy, Tory Lanez, and Future.
“This is going to be one of those… I would be happy with 4275 if it were my final album, he remarked of his 2018 debut. “However, this is the one. This one went platinum while 4275 went gold.
Three songs by Jacquees, including “Say Yea,” “Still That,” and “Tipsy,” were previously published.
