Pelumi Nubi, a traveler on the London-to-Lagos road trip, encountered a car accident in Liberia.
Sharing a picture of her damaged car on Instagram, Pelumi Nubi, who embarked on the London to Lagos journey by road, revealed the incident.
Arriving in Liberia just 24 hours before the accident, Pelumi posted images of the crash on Instagram, including snapshots from inside the ambulance and hospital.
In her caption, “Say a prayer for me,” Pelumi expressed her need for support, though specifics about the accident and her injuries remain unclear.

Starting her journey from London to Lagos on January 31, 2024, Pelumi faced various hurdles along the way, including a 24-hour hold at the Liberian border and being denied entry to Sierra Leone last week.
Consequently, she postponed her planned return home, initially scheduled for March 23, 2024, to April 7, 2024.
We hope Pelumi’s injuries are minor and that she can soon resume her journey.
