When taking a bath, there are some areas of the body that are frequently overlooked but are a major source of body odor.
The main reason we bathe every day is to prevent body odor; the more we bathe on a regular basis, the better we smell and have better skin. Body odor and skin disease are the results of not bathing on a regular basis. However, there are some body parts that must be washed while bathing.
Genitals
You should wash your genitals whether you are male or female. If you are a man, wash underneath your balls and even your penis, and if you are a woman, wash your vagina with unscented soap.
Belly button
If you have an inward belly button, you should spend a significant amount of time washing it while taking a bath. A lot of dirt gets trapped in our belly buttons, and if you don’t keep an eye on it, it can really stink over time.
Feet
Some people spend their entire day walking and pay no attention to their feet. You should take a seat and scrub your feet. This includes underneath your feet and between your toes, which can also become very stinky.
Teeth
If you have an inward belly button, you should spend a significant amount of time washing it while taking a bath. A lot of dirt gets trapped in our belly buttons, and if you don’t keep an eye on it, it can really stink over time.
Armpits
You should pay special attention to your armpits; whether you are male or female, you should shave your armpit hairs. Armpit hairs collect dirt; shave and thoroughly wash your armpits with soap and a sponge.
Butthole
If you use a tissue to wipe your butt after a dump, you should scrub your butthole after every bath because there could be dried pieces of poop that need to be thoroughly washed.
Ears
Every time you take a bath, you should clean your ears completely, including behind and in front of your ears. If you rub your ears right now and see dirt on your fingers, that’s a clear sign that they’re dirty, and if they’re dirty, they’re stinky.
