A Nigerian couple recently turned heads after saying “I do” aboard a moving Lagos–Ibadan train — a bold and refreshing twist on the traditional wedding celebration.
The bride, Sharon Ifunanya, an event planner, and her groom, actor Shawn Faqua, transformed one of the train coaches into a charming wedding venue. It had everything — floral décor, bridesmaids, groomsmen, guests, and even officiating ministers — all while the train glided along the tracks.
