Ghana Health Service Boosts COVID-19 Vaccination Efforts
The Ghana Health Service has launched another phase of its national COVID-19 vaccination campaign.
This five-day initiative, running from July 3 to July 7, aims to distribute approximately half a million vaccine doses across various regions.
Dr. Franklin Asiedu-Bekoe, Director of Public Health at the Ghana Health Service, confirmed the campaign to TV3, emphasizing that while COVID-19 vaccinations are available at all health centers, periodic intensification is crucial.
With ongoing COVID-19 cases, it is essential for all eligible individuals to get vaccinated during this period. Only Johnson & Johnson vaccines are being administered for this exercise.
