Femi Otedola’s Heartfelt Words to Temi at Her Iceland Wedding
At their intimate wedding reception in Iceland, Femi Otedola gave his daughter, Temi, and her husband, Oluwatosin Ajibade—better known as Mr Eazi—some heartfelt advice that had everyone smiling and reflecting.
The celebration marked the third leg of their wedding journey: first, a beautiful Monaco ceremony in May that fell on the birthday of Mr Eazi’s late mother, followed by a traditional Yoruba gathering in Dubai, and finally, this serene Icelandic affair in August 2025.
In a video shared online, Otedola praised his daughter’s choice of partner, calling Mr Eazi a man of character and family values. With a mix of humor and sincerity, he reminded Temi that marriage comes with its own balance: “He’s your husband now—your partner, your boss. No more running to Dad.”
He also applauded their shared passion for business, noting how perfectly their entrepreneurial spirits align. “This is truly a union made in heaven,” he added.
Offering wisdom from experience, he urged the couple to keep their challenges private and resolve them together. “Whatever issues you face, settle them within your walls. Don’t invite outsiders. That’s how love grows stronger.”
Otedola capped his speech with a special gift, presented as both symbolic and practical. “You’re both driven and creative—go out there and out-think, out-spend, and outshine. That’s my gift to you,” he said.
After the celebrations, Temi embraced her new chapter by officially changing her surname on Instagram to Ajibade, proudly captioning her update: “Mr and Mrs Ajibade.”
