Former Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Elizabeth Oloruntola, popularly known as Zita, has joyfully reunited with her parents after being away from home for a long time.
Fans may recall that during the show’s premiere, Zita revealed she left home without her parents’ knowledge to pursue her dreams on the reality show. After her time in the house, she finally reconnected with her family — and the reunion was filled with warmth, laughter, and forgiveness.
In a recent live chat, Zita shared how emotional and fulfilling the moment was. Her parents, she said, were proud of how far she had come and celebrated her for making a name for herself. Her father, in particular, couldn’t hide his excitement and reportedly bragged to his staff about his daughter’s success and her two-time win as Head of House during the show.
Zita added that her mother has now forgiven her for leaving home without notice, describing the reunion as one of the happiest moments of her life.
“It was such a beautiful moment,” she said. “My dad kept boasting that his daughter is now a celebrity, and my mum also forgave my past mistakes. We laughed, talked, and caught up like nothing ever happened.”
