Falz has revealed that when it comes to marriage, he may choose to keep it away from the spotlight.
The rapper’s statement comes after a wave of speculation sparked by a series of photos that many mistook for his traditional wedding introduction. It later turned out that the pictures were simply from a styled, marriage-themed photoshoot.
While the posts initially stirred excitement, they also drew criticism from fans who felt misled. Responding to the buzz, Falz explained that people often rush to make assumptions about his private life. He added that even if he does eventually get married, there’s no guarantee he would make the news public.
In a lighthearted video shared on his Instagram page, he addressed the situation:
“Since everyone realized I’m not actually married, people have been saying, ‘this is a boy who cried wolf situation.’ When I truly get married, nobody will care,” he joked.
He went on to add, “It’s bold to assume I’d want the public in that part of my life. Maybe I’ll share it if I feel like it, maybe I won’t. You never know — love has a way of surprising you.”
Falz concluded with a playful note, telling fans to stay tuned and “best of luck.”
