Burna Boy has reportedly dropped five venues from his ongoing NSOW Tour after a noticeable dip in ticket sales in some cities.
The drop is said to have followed a viral clip where the singer was seen asking a group of fans to leave his show for “sleeping” during his performance. The video stirred heavy criticism online, with many viewers calling his reaction unnecessary and disrespectful.
As conversations around the clip spread, interest in the next tour stops allegedly declined, prompting his team to quietly reshape the tour calendar.
At a recent concert in Dallas, the Grammy winner addressed the situation directly. He apologized to fans and admitted that the incident may have affected attendance and even sales of his branded products.

In his words, “I know my ticket sales are suffering after that whole thing. Even the coffee I launched isn’t moving. I’m sorry to everyone for what I said — it was a slip of tongue.”
Meanwhile, in a separate interview, rapper Olamide cleared the air about a common misconception. Speaking on the Ada’s Room podcast, he explained that people often mistake his calm personality for shyness.
“One thing I wish people understood is that I’m not shy,” he said. “I’m just laid back.”
