Nigerian comedian Carter Efe had a scary experience when his studio went up in flames during a live session.
The incident happened while he and his friends were performing a stunt with a man dressed as a magician. What started as a playful act quickly turned dangerous when the fire spread across the studio, filling the room with smoke and heat.
In the midst of the panic, Carter and his crew scrambled to put out the fire using whatever they could find. Thankfully, no one was seriously hurt. Once the flames were under control, the group managed to laugh it off, joking about the risky stunt and playfully blaming each other for the close call.
Meanwhile, fellow skit maker Promise Kelvin Anagbogu, better known as Lord Lamba, shared his thoughts on relationships. In a post on Twitter, the comedian noted that a woman who can independently handle all her bills is less likely to submit to her partner’s control or instructions.
He wrote: “If she is able to pay all her bills without your assistance, she cannot listen to you.”
